DNA and Epigenetic Testing
Your DNA tells you how you function in the world. Your epigenetics tell you which genetic markers are dialed more or less on. With the Feel Younger, Think Wiser kit, one sample gets you both reports and a portal you can ask questions in.

DNA is fixed. Epigenetics moves.
The blueprint.
DNA does not change. Not with diet, not with age, not with effort. It sets tendencies, not certainties: how you handle fat and salt, where your recovery runs slower than average, which nutrients you may need more of than the person beside you. Test it once. It's true for life.
The reading of it.
Your genome doesn't change, but the chemical marks sitting on top of it do. They turn individual genes up or down, like a dimmer, and that pattern shifts with how you live, train, sleep, eat, and drink. It's the part of your results a change in lifestyle can actually move.
DNA on its own is interesting, but epigenetics gives your DNA context. Together you can learn how to optimize your biology in the specific way that is needed for you.
What you were built with.
Your findings are sorted into areas, so you can go straight to what you came for and still have the rest when you want it.
These are tendencies, not diagnoses. Results that carry real clinical weight are kept in their own section, written to be shared with your doctor.
Twelve measures, in four groups.
Different parts of you age at different rates, so you get twelve measures rather than one score.
- Aging. Your biological age, and the pace it is moving at.
- Body age clocks. Several systems, read separately.
- Inflammation. How well you mount a response, and how well you switch it off.
- Immunity, muscle, and vitality. Your baseline, your repair, your energy.
One reading is a starting line. Retest the epigenetics in three to six months, at an additional cost, to see what moved.
Why we chose the Array.
Picture your genome as a library. Three billion letters, most of which science is still learning to read. There are three ways to read it.
Array
Checks specific, well-studied positions and reads them very precisely, from a small saliva sample, at a price that makes sense for something you do once. It cannot tell you about a position nobody designed the test to check.
Exome
The protein-coding 1 to 2 percent of your genome. The standard tool for diagnosing rare inherited conditions, usually ordered through a clinician.
Whole genome
Essentially everything. A large file you can re-read for decades, and mostly unreadable on the day it arrives without something interpreting it.
More data is not the same as more answers.
If you have a family history of a specific inherited condition, or a symptom you are trying to explain, that is a conversation with a doctor or a genetic counselor. No wellness test, mine included, is the right tool for it.
Want help reading it?
Your results are the beginning of a conversation. In a Strategy Session, we look at your reports together and choose the first change that makes sense for you.
