Who I am, and who I am not.

I am Satine Phoenix. I am a health optimization coach. I am not a medical doctor, registered nurse, physician assistant, registered dietitian, licensed psychotherapist, or any other category of licensed medical or mental health practitioner. Nothing on this site, in any of my emails, in any of my coaching sessions, or in any of the protocols I help you build, constitutes medical advice, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment.

The work I do is education, guidance, and the coordination of partner providers in your protocol. The protocols I help design are educational frameworks that you and your licensed providers decide whether to act on. You are the person responsible for your health decisions, and you are encouraged to discuss any change to your supplement, peptide, hormone, exercise, or dietary regimen with a qualified physician before acting on it.

Who provides the clinical work.

Peptides, hormone replacement therapy, prescription medications, and all clinical lab interpretation are provided by the licensed medical team at Lyvhealth, or by other licensed providers you choose to work with. The relationships are between you and the provider directly. The provider prescribes. The provider dispenses. The provider bills you. I do not prescribe, dispense, or bill for any clinical product or service.

DNA testing is ordered and processed by sequencing.com. Monthly biomarker tracking is provided by Rhythm. Supplements are sold by the manufacturers I send affiliate links for, including Bioptimizers and other companies whose products I personally use and trust. Each of these partners operates under its own terms, privacy policies, and clinical or regulatory frameworks. None of them are part of my practice; I coordinate with them on your behalf, with your consent.

No physician-patient relationship.

Use of this site, engagement with the practice, attendance at coaching sessions, and any communication with me, including by email or messaging, does not create a physician-patient relationship, a therapist-client relationship, or any other licensed professional-patient relationship. If you need medical attention, including any urgent or emergency care, please contact a qualified medical professional or, in an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services number.

Peptides, hormones, and the FDA.

The peptides, hormones, and supportive injections I describe on this site, including those discussed on the Peptide Library page, are coordinated through Lyvhealth's licensed medical team. Statements made on this site about peptides, hormones, or supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The products referenced are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Some compounds referenced on this site, including peptides currently pending FDA clearance, may not be available for prescription at the time you read this. Availability is determined by the licensed medical team at Lyvhealth, not by me. The Peptide Library page is informational and is not an offer to sell any peptide or hormone product.

Inner work, IFS, and mental health.

Internal Family Systems coaching is a part of my practice and is offered as a coaching modality, not as licensed psychotherapy. I am not a licensed therapist, and IFS coaching with me is not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or any other form of licensed mental health care.

If you are currently in treatment for a mental health condition, are taking psychiatric medication, have a history of complex trauma that requires clinical support, or are experiencing a mental health crisis, please consult your licensed mental health provider before beginning IFS coaching with me. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed provider, the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, or your local emergency services.

Your responsibility.

By using this site and engaging with the practice, you confirm that you understand the nature of the coaching relationship as described above. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your medical history, current medications, and current providers during intake and at any other time relevant to your protocol.
• Consult a qualified physician before starting any new supplement, peptide, hormone protocol, exercise program, dietary change, or fasting protocol described or coordinated through this practice.
• Disclose any change to your medical condition, medications, or treatment that arises during our work together.
• Seek immediate medical attention for any symptom, condition, or emergency that warrants it. The coaching relationship is not a substitute for emergency or urgent care.
• Use the information on this site and in our sessions for your own personal health and decision-making, not as professional medical advice for yourself or for any other person.

Limitation of liability.

Any decision you make about your health, including any decision to begin, continue, modify, or stop a protocol, is your decision, made in consultation with your licensed providers. Satine Phoenix is not liable for any outcome, including any adverse outcome, that arises from your decisions, your protocols, your interactions with partner providers, or your application of any educational content from this site or from our coaching sessions.
