The short version of this policy: "I collect only the information I need to actually serve you, I never sell or trade your data, I take reasonable care to keep your information secure, and I give you the right to access, correct, or remove what I hold about you. The long version is below.
What information I collect.

Information collected automatically.
When you visit the site, my hosting platform and the third-party services I use may automatically collect certain information about your visit, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to keep the site secure, understand how the site is being used, and improve the experience.
Cookies and similar technologies.
The site may use cookies and similar technologies, including those set by my hosting platform and by analytics tools, to remember your preferences, understand site usage, and improve performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.
How I use your information.
I use the information I collect only for purposes that are consistent with how you have engaged with the practice. Specifically, I use your information to:
- Provide the services you have requested, including coaching sessions, protocol design, and membership work.
- Send you emails you have opted into, including the email newsletter, quiz follow-up sequences, and direct correspondence about your sessions or your account.
- Schedule appointments, send confirmations, and follow up on bookings.
- Process payments for sessions and memberships through my payment processor.
- Coordinate care with the licensed partner providers in your protocol, such as Lyvhealth, sequencing.com, and Rythm, only with your direction and consent.
- Understand site performance and improve the site over time.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse of the site.
I do not use your information for any purpose you would not reasonably expect based on how you engaged with the practice.
Who I share your information with.
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. There are limited cases where information is shared, and each one is explained below.
Service providers I use to operate the practice.
I use a small number of third-party service providers to run the website, send emails, schedule appointments, accept payments, and coordinate the medical and product partners in your protocol. These providers may have access to information necessary to perform their services and are bound by their own privacy policies and contractual obligations. The current providers include:
- My website host and content platform.
- My email marketing tool, used to send the newsletter and the post-quiz follow-up sequences.
- Google Calendar and the underlying Google Workspace, used for scheduling discovery calls and Strategy Sessions.
- Stripe, or another comparable payment processor, used to accept payments.
- FormSubmit, used to deliver client intake form and liability waiver submissions to me by email.
- The licensed medical and product partners coordinated with your consent, including Lyvhealth, sequencing.com, and Rythm, each of which bills you directly and operates under their own terms and privacy policies.
Legal obligations and protection.
I may disclose information when required by law, when responding to a valid subpoena or court order, or when I reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, protect the rights of the practice, or protect the safety of any person.
With your consent.
If you ask me to share your information with another provider, another practitioner, or another party, I will do so based on your direct request.
How long I keep your information.
I retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Client records connected to active or past coaching engagements are retained for the longer of seven years or the period required by professional or legal standards. Email subscribers remain on the list until they unsubscribe, after which their record is removed within thirty days. Site analytics data is retained for the period configured by the analytics provider, typically twenty-four to twenty-six months.
Your rights.
You have the right to access the personal information I hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, to request deletion of your information, and to withdraw consent for any future processing. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your jurisdiction, including the rights provided to Colorado residents under the Colorado Privacy Act, to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and to residents of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom under the General Data Protection Regulation.
To exercise any of these rights, write to me at the contact address at the end of this policy. I respond to verifiable requests within thirty days. I will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Security.
I take reasonable steps to protect the information I collect, including limiting access to information to those who need it to provide services to you, using secure third-party providers, and using encryption where appropriate. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is one hundred percent secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security. If I become aware of a data breach that affects your information, I will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
Children.
This site and the practice are intended for adults aged eighteen and older. I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen. If I learn that I have inadvertently collected information from a minor, I will delete that information promptly.
Third-party links.
The site may include links to third-party websites, including those of the partner providers in your protocol. I am not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any third-party site. When you click a link to a third-party site, you are subject to that site's privacy policy, not mine.
Changes to this policy.
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the practice grows or as legal requirements change. When I do, I will update the effective date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, I will let active clients and email subscribers know by email. Continued use of the site after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
