Programs.
Three ways to work together, designed to meet you wherever you actually are.
An easy way to begin is with a forty-five minute Strategy Session at $97, which includes a one-page written plan delivered by email within twenty-four hours. It works as a brief one-time consultation, a paid fit-test before a longer engagement, or as a quarterly recalibration with the practice.
The most common starting point is a three-month season with weekly sessions. This is a steady weekly rhythm which begins with full lab and protocol coordination, and it is what most clients choose for their first engagement.
Then there is the Concierge service where we deep dive into sophisticated elements of your body system to curate the most detailed protocol for longevity and wellness.
For additional deep sessions, a single ninety-minute video call at $250 covers options that may cover peptide consultation, an IFS session, or a focused coaching conversation.
Strategy Session.
Forty-five minutes with me, one-on-one, with a one-page written plan you keep at the end of the conversation.
Useful for:
- A personalized read on your current situation before you commit to a membership.
- A custom recommendation on labs, peptides, hormones, supplements, or the inner work, based on where you actually are.
- A clear next step that does not require you to research another protocol on your own.
The $97 carries forward as a credit toward your first month if you choose to join either membership within sixty days.
Foundation.
Weekly sixty-minute coaching, a custom protocol built around your biology and your life, and the coordination of every moving piece of optimization, so you can stop researching and start integrating.
Includes:
- Weekly sixty-minute coaching, four sessions a month.
- A custom protocol covering labs, peptides, hormones, supplements, fitness, nutrition, and the inner work.
- Custom fitness programming, which other coaches charge $250 for as a standalone product.
- The $97 program building fee, waived.
- Coordination of bloodwork, peptide protocols, and hormone work through the Lyvhealth licensed medical team.
- Direct email support between sessions.
- A protocol you can actually follow.
Best for the professional who is ready to invest in the work, willing to act between sessions, and looking for one coordinated practice instead of more disconnected advice.
The Concierge.
Everything Foundation includes, plus the deeper layer of access, calendar, and care that turns optimization from a project you manage into a practice that runs itself.
Includes everything in Foundation, and:
- Weekly ninety-minute coaching, four sessions a month, extended from Foundation's sixty-minute format for more depth in each conversation.
- DNA sequencing through sequencing.com ordered on your behalf, with a dedicated interpretation session.
- Voxer priority access, with a twenty-four hour response window during practice hours.
- A custom protocol calendar, built and maintained for you weekly.
- Internal Family Systems coaching sessions for trauma and pattern work, woven in as needed, with no per-session fee.
- Quarterly two-hour deep-dive resets, where we revisit labs, protocol, and life direction together.
- Concierge wellness booking, where I source and schedule local bodywork, sound healing, IV therapy, and recovery providers in whatever city you live in or travel to.
- An annual half-day virtual intensive on the deepest layer of your current season.
- Priority rescheduling when life shifts.
Best for the executive or high-agency professional who has the means but not the time, and who wants the optimization handled rather than managed.
Additional Sessions.
A single one-on-one session, available to current Foundation and Concierge clients who want extra support between weekly meetings, and to past clients returning for a one-off conversation.
Common uses:
- An additional session between your weekly meetings, customized to what you are working through.
- An Internal Family Systems session for a specific part or pattern that has surfaced.
- A focused coaching conversation on sleep, nutrition, training, stress, or a habit you are building.
- A protocol tune-up for past clients who do not need ongoing membership.
Booked one at a time. No minimum commitment. Additional sessions are scheduled directly with Satine inside the membership; if you are a past client returning for a one-off, start with a discovery call so we can book the session together.
What goes into your protocol.
The coaching fee covers the time, the protocol design, and the support between sessions. The components of the protocol itself (labs, peptides, hormones, supplements, DNA testing) are selected by you through the client portal and billed by the partner providers directly.
Lyvhealth
Handles bloodwork, hormone panels, peptide protocols, and prescribed supplements. Pricing varies by panel and protocol; current options are visible in the portal.
sequencing.com
DNA testing and functional genomic analysis. One-time purchase. The data is yours for life.
Rythm
At-home blood draws on a recurring monthly cadence for ongoing biomarker tracking. Subscription.
Bioptimizers
Supplements recommended individually based on your protocol. Affiliate links are used; products ship from the manufacturer directly.
You only invest in the components your protocol actually needs.
Where the money goes.
There are three categories of cost in this practice. Each one is paid to a different place, for clean reasons of legal and HIPAA compliance.
Coaching cost
The monthly membership fee. Paid directly to me, for the coaching, the protocol design, the calendar, and the coordination.
Set up investment
A one-time cost at the start of your season, paid to the partners who handle your initial labs and (for Concierge) DNA sequencing. I do not bill these. The partners bill you directly when you order through your portal.
Custom additions
The ongoing components of your protocol. Peptides, hormones, supplements, monthly biomarker tracking, and any local modalities I book for you. I recommend what makes sense. You order each one through the relevant partner. The partner bills you directly. Nothing medical or product-related passes through me.
This separation is what allows my practice to coach you on a fully integrated optimization protocol without crossing the line into medical practice. The medical work stays with the licensed providers. The product stays with the vendors. The coaching stays with me. Each one billed by the party legally responsible for it.
Every protocol is built for one person, and it changes as you do.
The cards above describe the container. What goes inside is yours. Not every client takes GLP-1. Not every client needs HRT. Some focus heavily on the inner work first. Others come ready to start with labs and protocol design. What you see below in the curations is representative of a real first season. Your version will look like you.
Beyond the intake, the protocol stays alive across the season. Supplement and peptide suggestions can fluctuate month to month, with some components cycled on and off and others held as a recurring foundation. Your wellness program is redesigned monthly to match your progression, and the underlying protocol typically shifts every three to six weeks as your body responds and the data updates. This is the reason Foundation and The Concierge are not canned programs. They are practices that evolve with you.
CoachRx, where the guidance lives.
CoachRx is the app where your custom protocol shows up day to day. You get an account, set up by me at the start of your season. It is on your phone, designed to take less than five minutes a day, and built for the kind of 1 on 1 curation this practice offers.
What you use it for:
- Your custom daily protocol calendar, with reminders for supplements, peptides, hormones, and the inputs your day calls for.
- Your fitness programming, week by week, redesigned monthly as you progress.
- Nutrition and hydration tracking, with the depth that matches your goals.
- Daily lifestyle check-ins, the small data points that show me how the protocol is actually landing.
- Direct messaging with me between sessions, so questions that come up between calls have a clean home.
- A central place for your lab results, DNA reports, and protocol documents.
The app turns the protocol from something you have to remember into something you check in with.
Two seasons, two real shapes.
Meet Mark.
An example client, age forty-eight.
Mark runs engineering at a software company. He has been carrying twenty-eight extra pounds, has not slept well in five years, and quietly suspects his testosterone has been falling for most of the past decade. He has tried two trainers, three diets, and a stack of supplements from a podcast he half-listens to. He has read enough about GLP-1 to know he wants one. He does not have time to research, does not trust forums, and does not want another generic program.
$1,000 a month. Covers his weekly sixty-minute sessions, four a month, plus his custom protocol, his fitness programming, and email support between sessions.
$495, paid directly to Lyvhealth for his Men's Comprehensive Panel at the start of his season. No DNA at the start of his first season.
About $499 a month, billed directly by the partners. $249 for his GLP-1 protocol, tirzepatide microdose, through Lyvhealth. About $150 for his supplement stack via my affiliate links. $100 for his Rythm monthly at-home blood draw.
By the end of his first three months: eighteen pounds down, sleeping through the night, testosterone returning to a livable baseline, and a protocol he understands well enough to keep running on his own.
At his three-month review, Mark adds DNA sequencing through sequencing.com. The results show an MTHFR gene mutation, which explains why a few of his earlier supplements stalled out. He swaps the methylation supplements for the variants his body actually processes. One of the peptides we had layered in early comes off, because the genetic data shows it is redundant for him. By month six, the protocol is sharper, smaller, and matched to what his biology actually asks for. The protocol does not get piled onto over time. It gets refined.
Meet Lynda.
An example client, age forty-one.
Lynda runs a forty-person team at a financial services firm. She is two years out of a difficult divorce and already in the early thick of perimenopause, though her doctor told her she is too young for that to be the issue. Her labs say otherwise: testosterone at zero, progesterone at post-menopausal levels, and a cortisol pattern that explains why she cannot sleep or lose weight. She has the means and zero time. What she wants is someone to handle this entire thing for her, intelligently.
$2,500 a month. Covers her weekly ninety-minute sessions, four a month, plus Voxer access in between, her maintained protocol calendar, IFS coaching sessions as needed, quarterly two-hour deep-dive resets, concierge wellness booking, and her DNA interpretation session.
$894, paid directly to the partners. $495 for her Women's Comprehensive Panel through Lyvhealth. $399 for DNA sequencing through sequencing.com, which I ordered for her.
About $1,470 a month, billed directly by the partners. $370 for her HRT through Lyvhealth, testosterone injection plus oral progesterone. About $500 for her peptide stack, low-dose tirzepatide and sermorelin, both through Lyvhealth. About $200 for her Bioptimizers supplement stack via my affiliate links. $100 for her Rythm monthly at-home blood draws. About $300 for the local bodywork and sound healing I source and schedule for her, invoiced by the practitioners directly.
By the end of her first six months: hormones balanced, twenty-two pounds released, nervous system regulating for the first time in five years, and a calendar she actually follows because someone built it for her and keeps it tuned.
How the medical and product components actually work.
The medical and product components of your protocol are handled by trusted partners. Here is exactly how each one works, in plain terms.
Lyvhealth
Lyvhealth handles bloodwork, hormone panels, peptides, and HRT. Everything is prescribed and reviewed by Lyvhealth's licensed medical providers. I recommend what makes sense for your protocol. You place the order through my custom Lyvhealth portal. Their team handles the clinical side. They ship every product directly to your address. You see every price before you confirm.
sequencing.com
sequencing.com handles DNA testing. I order the kit on your behalf. The kit ships from sequencing.com directly to your address. We walk through your results together in our sessions.
Rythm
Rythm handles monthly at-home biomarker tracking. I help you set up your account. Rythm sends a self-collection kit to your address. The draw takes about five minutes and is painless. When the sample is ready, an Uber driver collects the package from your door and delivers it to the lab. Rythm bills you the $100 monthly subscription directly.
Affiliate supplement links
I send you direct links to the supplements your protocol calls for, from companies whose products I personally use and trust, like Bioptimizers. You buy direct from the manufacturer. They ship directly to your address. I receive a small affiliate commission on the supplements I recommend. You pay the same price you would directly.
You only invest in the components your protocol actually calls for. Everything is itemized, and everything is within your control.
What people often want to ask.
That depends on what your protocol calls for. The membership fee is fixed. Everything else is variable, billed directly by the partners, and entirely your choice. My protocol is a set of suggestions built around your data and goals. You can take all of the suggestions, some of them, or none of them.
Most Foundation clients land between $1,200 and $2,000 a month all in. Most Concierge clients land between $3,000 and $4,500 a month all in. Custom additions on their own typically run $300 to $1,500 a month, depending on whether your protocol includes peptides, GLP-1, HRT, supplements, monthly biomarker tracking, or local wellness modalities. You see every cost before you commit to any of it.
You can. Some clients do, and the coaching makes real progress through intuition, observation, and what we learn together as we go. Labs and DNA simply give the protocol sharper aim. Bloodwork shows what your body is actually doing in real numbers. DNA shows how your specific biology prefers to be supported. With them, we tune faster and more precisely. Without them, the work is still real.
The peptides and supportive injections I currently coordinate through Lyvhealth are the ones already prescribed and dispensed by their licensed medical team. The current list:
- Sermorelin
- GHK-Cu (topical formulation)
- Glutathione
- PT-141 (Bremelanotide)
- NAD+
- Tirzepatide (full dose and microdose)
- Semaglutide (full dose and microdose)
- Mounjaro
- Wegovy
- Lipo-Mino
- Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)
- Minoxidil (oral)
A plain-language description of what each one does is on the Peptide Library page. The library is informational and does not include dosages, prices, or protocols.
A second category of peptides is expected to become available through Lyvhealth in July, pending FDA clearance. That list includes:
- AOD-9604
- BPC-157
- Emideltide (DSIP, Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide)
- Epitalon (Epithalamin)
- GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide, injectable)
- Kisspeptin-10
- KPV
- MOTS-C
- Semax
- Selank
- TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 Fragment)
- Thymosin Alpha-1
If any of these are part of what you want to explore, raise it on our discovery call or at any point during your season. We can plan ahead for them and bring them into your protocol once they are cleared and available.
The concierge booking is included as an option in The Concierge, not a requirement. Some clients use it heavily, others never use it at all. The membership fee is the same either way. For those who do use it, the booking travels with you. I source providers wherever you live and wherever you travel. Most of my Concierge clients use it most when they are on the road, because that is when finding a good practitioner is hardest. If your city has no good options in a given modality, we focus that part of the work on what is bookable virtually.
Foundation has a three-month minimum. The Concierge has a six-month minimum. Either can be locked in for any longer duration up to twelve months at signing, which is the maximum price-lock window the practice offers. Membership fees are paid through Stripe, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. You can pay monthly, pay the full season upfront for a five percent discount, or arrange a custom payment plan that fits inside your commitment window. Set up costs and custom additions are billed by the partners as you order them, never through me. Prices may rise year over year as the practice continues to grow, so locking in a longer commitment now is one way to hold your current rate for the duration of the work.
You can upgrade from Foundation to The Concierge at any time. The new tier begins the next billing cycle, and the minimum commitment resets to the new tier's minimum. Pausing is reserved for medical emergencies, bereavement, and similar life events. If something like that happens, write to me directly and we figure it out together. Mid-season cancellation refunds are not offered. The minimum commitment is the commitment.
You re-up, not just to keep paying, but to step into your next level. At the end of Foundation, most clients enter what we call Level 2, a new three-month commitment with a fresh curated plan that builds on what the first season uncovered. Your body data is different by then. Your protocol is sharper. The work goes deeper. Concierge clients do the same at the six-month mark, with a new six-month season focused on the next layer. You can also take a break and return when you are ready, or graduate from the practice with what you have built. Real optimization is not finished at the end of one season, and the commitment exists for your sake as much as mine, so you have a curated plan to work toward.
Not sure which one is right?
Almost no one is at first. That is what the Strategy Session and the free discovery call are for. Both leave you with a clearer sense of what makes sense next, and which doorway to step through.
